All items are made to order so packages are generally shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online and once the status of the package has been updated to “Delivered” or “Notice Left” we are no longer liable for lost packages. If the package and the item was damaged during transit please get in touch with us as soon as you receive it so that we can start a claim with the carrier.
Because of the nature of the items we’d like to avoid returns and only accept them in very special cases so we encourage you to please contact us with any questions you might have before placing an order.
- If the item you receive is damaged or if we shipped the wrong item by mistake we will accept the return and offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund. Afterwards we will send you a label and a return authorization number so that you can send the defective/wrong item back to us.
- If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original unused condition and choose between exchange, store credit or refund. In this case the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If once you receive your item you are pleased but you find a small issue with it (ej, the sleeves are too short/too long) please get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to offer you a discount for your next purchase and free of charge alterations for the new item.
Please notice that neither the store credit or refund options will include the original shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item. All return claims must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product and items must be received no later than 15 days after the return authorization has been issued in order to receive the exchange, credit or refund; any items received after this period will only receive store credit. We will not be able to fulfill these terms if the returned items have been worn and are dirty, full of hair or have bite marks so please carefully inspect your item upon receipt and before your little one wears it.
